		<description>Well, the only advice i can give people is DON&#039;T BUY ANY CRAP FROM SONY !
I had 3 vaio laptops in 4 years time, they all died. Yes i&#039;m an IDIOT ! The first one i haved repaired, new motherboard, $800, 8 months later broke again. My brother and i bought the same sony TV, first his tv broke down, six months later mine. I have a sony video camera, it&#039;s broke allready twice, lucky i have an extended 5 year warranty on that camera.</description>

service is ridiculous they seem to not know
what they are doing and they changed the main
board and now I&#039;m waiting for 3 more spare parts
to change, so a new viao is like a second hand
viao! But penfall, Microscoft office is Microsoft&#039;s responsibility not Sony&#039;s or Sony Style&#039;s, but it looks like you didn&#039;t buy it from thise guys anyway and a agent like I did, bad news that is another no no, but I think I will not

		<description>Well, I must correct you. I did indeed pay for a full version upon buying the laptop, and still have the receipt to this day. And, by the way, have gone through another round of aggravating phone calls trying to get through to someone, or anyone at sony who cares.

Have you tried posting on www.measuredup.com? It&#039;s a consumer website where people can share their experiences with customer service departments at a variety of businesses. A post like this would really get the word out about Sony Vaios, which could be really helpful to others in my situation.</description>
